Long Live The Robots [Artificial Intelligence]

The future of business will be in competing AI bots. Artificial Intelligence on how they are configured at a business level will determine how well you can compete with other businesses in the same space. I do want to make the separation in understanding that foundational business approaches will still work for your market but your defining factors or your edge will be your heart or soul.



When I reference heart, I am referring to the processes that are surrounding your business that makes the revenue predictable. The more you improve these processes, the better your business will perform. This is where AI will help the most. The second part meaning the soul of your business is for businesses that have formed a connection with their customers that is so undeniable that customers prefer to do business with them no matter what new products are introduced in the market. Here is the irrational part, AI can help magnify those parts as well for improving process. For the sake of longevity of your business, just don't let these two streams cross (that was a reference to GhostBusters in case your missed it.)
